The wedding - which will be 80-year-old Hugh's third - will be aired on reality TV show 'The Girls Next Door' - which depicts life at the Playboy Mansion.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: "This is very secret, but the word is 'yes.' Hef has decided he will marry Holly, and he wants it for his show, 'The Girls Next Door.'
"Hef thinks business all the time, and looks for a new hook, although he also does really love Holly."
Blonde Holly, 27, is Hugh's favorite girlfriend of the three.
The source added: "Hef sees that she is the most dedicated. Kendra is never there, and Bridget is hanging on by being very friendly to Holly."
The wedding will reportedly take place by the end of the year.
Hugh's first wife was Mildred Williams, who he wed in 1949. The couple, who divorced in 1959, have two children, Christie and David Paul.
In 1989, Hugh married Kimberley Conrad - that year's Playboy Playmate. They separated in 1998.

A former Florida schoolteacher who caused controversy by posing in a bikini is causing a stir again by posing in much less.
Erica Chevillar used to teach history at West Boca Raton High School. She gave up the job after parents complained that her side job of modeling on the USA National Bikini Team was distracting to students.
Now Chevillar is posing in Playboy. Chevillar has been at the center of a media frenzy. She has generated thousands of web hits for the bikini site. The 10th grade teacher posed for the site in January to earn some extra cash.
A parent complained. The school district investigated and within days the case was dropped. Despite all the talk and just plain oogling, Chevillar stands by her photos.
“I’m not ashamed of anything I have done. I think all the pictures are appropriate, they’re covered they’re classy," she said.
For Chevillar the opportunity to pose for Playboy was too much to pass up. She modeled before in college and says the $31,000 she makes as a teacher just doesn’t cut the bills in Boca.

Hugh Hefner says he believes Anna Nicole Smith — a Playboy Playmate in 1992 — wanted to be buried in the Bahamas next to her late son, Daniel.
A judge in Florida, where Smith died this month, awarded custody of her remains to a court-appointed lawyer for Smith’s five-month-old daughter, Dannielynn, and urged that burial be in the Bahamas. The lawyer then announced that the Bahamas would be Smith’s final resting place.
"I think she was a dear person," Hefner, the founder of Playboy, told reporters at an event to announce the lineup of the annual Playboy Jazz Festival.

Automobile accidents, drug overdoses, homicides, a plane crash – all have claimed the lives of Playmates, while the cause of Smith's death is still unclear.
"It's sad how many girls we've lost," says Peter Gowland, who photographed a number of centrefolds for Playboy in the 1950s and '60s with the help of his wife.
In 1968, he photographed Paige Young. In 1974 she was found dead of a drug overdose.
Jayne Mansfield, another Playmate he photographed, died in a crash in 1967 at 34.
"It's a curse to be beautiful," Gowland says.
More than 600 women have been Playboy's centrefold since the magazine began publishing in the 1950s.
Their limited number, and Playboy's wide circulation, means the death of one can be a bombshell.
Before Smith, the most headline-grabbing death of a Playmate was that of 20-year-old Dorothy Stratten. Just months after she became the magazine's Playmate of the Year in 1980 she was murdered by her jealous estranged husband.

Eve Meyer, a 1955 Playmate, was killed when two airliners collided in 1977. She was 46.
In 1997 Ellen Louise Maligo was found murdered in Coral Springs, at the age of 40.

Tonya Crews, Carol Willis and 1970 Playmate of the Year Claudia Jennings all died in their 20s.

Playboy magazine have chosen Scarlett Johansson as their sexiest celebrity, putting her ahead of the likes of Beyonce and Angelina Jolie.
Though there seem to be ‘Sexiest Celebrity’ polls every week, this one was conducted through Playboy reader’s votes.
A spokesperson for the magazine said: “Scarlett Johansson is the apex of beauty and sensuality - from her porcelain skin to her fully feminine figure to her mysterious charisma, which is at once palpable and indefinable."
Scarlett came top of the list of 25, which also included such names as Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Lopez and Jim Carrey’s current girlfriend Jenny McCarthy.

Miss USA takket nei til 1 million dollar
Playboy Magazine ville gi Miss USA, Tara Connor (20), 1 million dollar for å stille opp i bladet. Tara takket nei.
Det har lenge gått rykter om at Miss USA skal stille opp naken i Playboy Magazine. Den kontroversielle skjønnheten har nettopp sluppet ut fra en avrusingsklinikk i Pennsylvania, og avkrefter ryktene. Hennes talskvinne sier at Tara ikke følte at det var riktig å stille opp i Playboy Magazine på dette tidspunktet.
Sikre kilder sier at Tara Connor er blitt tilbudt 1 million dollar av Hugh Hefner, grunnlegger av Playboy, for å stille som forsidepike i bladet.
Tidligere denne måneden skal Donald Trump ha sagt at Tara Connor måtte vurdere forslaget, men han støttet henne uansett hva hun måtte velge.

Det har lenge gått rykter om at popdronningen skulle stille opp naken i Playboy. Nå er ryktene endelig bekreftet, Men Mariah tør ikke stille kliss naken. En av grunnene er pornostjernen og politikeren Mary Carey, som hun helst ikke vil forveksles med..
