Hugh Hefner's favorite Playboy bunnies take over Vail slopes
Hugh Hefner allowed his three favorite girlfriends time away from the hutch, aka the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles, to hit the slopes of Vail for snowboarding lessons.
Of course, 80-year-old Hefner's permission was also part of a plan that included a trademark promotion for his Playboy Enterprises.
Holly Madison, 27, Bridget Marquardt, 33, and Kendra Wilkinson, 21, were in Vail to tape an episode of the E! network's "The Girls Next Door," which premiered the first episode of its third season Sunday.
The three blonde former Playboy Playmates were paired with Olympic gold medalist Shaun White during the lessons. The episode will air next month on E!, which boasts "The Girls Next Door" remains the network's highest-rated series.
During their time here for the show's taping, Madison, described as the Playboy founder's "No. 1 girlfriend," was mum about last month's media buzz that had sources saying Hef had asked her to become his wife and the third Mrs. Hefner to date.
Although at one time Hefner had one of his famed Playboy Clubs in Denver, he never realized his dream of opening properties in celeb-heavy Vail and Aspen to serve his "keyholding members."

Playboy to scout LSU for 'Girls of the SEC'
Playboy magazine is reportedly coming to Baton Rouge next week in search of LSU women.
The magazine will be in town Monday and March 13 in Baton Rouge scouting students for its “Girls of the SEC” issue this fall, according to news reports.
In the past, the presence of LSU students in Playboy has brought protests from the American Family Association and others.
Playboy has published pictorials of college women for 31 years. The October edition will be the first Southeastern Conference issue since 2001.

Playmate Anna Nicole Smith
Philosophy professors ask, “Do we exist?” Cosmeticians ask, “What color nails would you like?” John F. Kennedy said “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.” Anna Nicole Smith’s cosmetic surgeon asked the 36A beauty “What sized breasts would you like?” She actually looked better at 36A than at 42DD but very few women are winning the Playboy Playmate of the Year Title at 36A.
The 21 year old Anna Nicole Smith was 5’8” tall with beautiful blonde hair and a body to die for, with perfect nice sized perky 36A breasts. She was perhaps the greatest beauty ever to grace the earth. She was working as a stripper in a Houston bar when this 89 year old pedophile oil tycoon wandered in and fell madly in love with her. He showered her with money, gifts, flowers and new breasts. Had Anna never met him she would not have had the money to buy new breasts, never become Playboy Playmate of the Year and the Guess Jeans Model and she would be alive today, a happy housewife with a white picket fence living in Houston Texas.

Antonella Barba: American Idol Topless Babe Shouldn't Shun Playboy
Antonella Barba topless and nude? Antonella Barba, the American Idol contestant, shouldn't turn down an offer to be a Playboy Magazine model when she's booted off the hit TV talent show this week.
Clearly it's a better fit than Antonella Barba the American Idol, don't you think?
As the Post Chronicle reported last week, Laura Saltman of Access Hollywood was at the Playboy Mansion for the party celebrating the season three premiere of the E! channel's 'The Girls Next Door', and asked for the Playboy boss's take on the Antonella Barba racy photographs online controversy.
After showing Hugh Hefner the photos, he remarked, "She really looks sexy here." Asked if he would consider making Antonella an offer to pose for Playboy should she be voted off 'Idol' early, Hef answered, "Very real possibility. Yes, absolutely."

American Idol: Porn Idolgate - Antonella To Pose For Playboy
Antonella Barba nude in Playboy magazine? Could be. Laura Saltman of Access Hollywood was at the Playboy Mansion for the party celebrating the season three premiere of the E! channel's 'The Girls Next Door', and asked for the Playboy boss's take on the Antonella Barba racy photographs online controversy.
After showing Hugh Hefner the photos, he remarked, "She really looks sexy here." Asked if he would consider making Antonella an offer to pose for Playboy should she be voted off 'Idol' early, Hef answered, "Very real possibility. Yes, absolutely."
But all of that is going to have to wait at least another week as Antonella was not voted off of American idol despite predictions of her demise. The New Jersey babe is safe and survived the week two cuts.
"In high school Antonella was one of the nicest girls I knew. She never had bad things to say about anybody and she was always there for her friends," says a classmate. "She was a sweet genuine Jersey girl who knows exactly what she needs out of life, and that is to become the next American Idol, not to be the next Playmate of the Year."
That said, she is the least talented singer left on the female side. We'll see what happens once she gets cut.

Scientology Would Have Saved Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith
Anna Nicole Smith (former Playboy bunny and hot playmate) would have lived if she had converted to Scientology, John Travolta, one of the religion's chief promoters, has claimed.
Speaking the day before the tragic Playboy Playmate is due to be buried in the Bahamas, Travolta regrets not trying to help the model.
"It's so sad. We could have helped her with Narconon but didn't get a chance" the actor told MSNBC.
Narconon is a drug detox program "inspired" by the writings of Playboy L. Ron Hubbard and associated with the Church of Scientology.
Travolta had worked with Playmate Anna Nicole Smith previously, on the Playboy Elmore Leonard adaptation Be Cool.

What Playboy stands for
Yes, Playboy uses the nude female body as a means to attract readers. No, that doesn't mean Hugh Hefner and company exploit women.
The magazine features women, providing adult entertainment with an erotic appeal, and in doing so, tastefully reveals the entirety of women (and sometimes men) in their natural state.
Playboy photographers and editors carefully choose attractive photo locations and shoots, consistently casting beautiful light on the female form in new and exciting ways.
And have you ever looked past the cover and the photos of the magazine? Or did you fail to give the magazine a chance because it showcases the nude female body?
Sadly, many people are too shallow and sexually repressed to explore nudity and sexuality in an open, free exchange of ideas.
They miss the point of Playboy: to heighten intellectual stimulation by accentuating it with visual inspirations.
Furthermore, few people recognize Playboy for its full literary value. They fail to see past the beauty on the front-cover picture, so they either skim through the pages by eyeing only the photo spreads or refuse to open the magazine at all, missing the best part - the writing.
From candid artist and celebrity interviews, to witty and socially pressing columns and forums, the magazine provides readers with a diverse selection of arts and entertainment news, as well as providing investigative journalism at its best.
Hip and edgy fiction excerpts from our nation's greatest literary talents, hard-hitting investigative reports rarely explored by other media outlets and a truthful, conversational style make reading Playboy both worthwhile and comfortable for most readers.
Playboy tackles issues other magazines are too afraid to come near. It deals with violence and sexuality, as well as gender roles, in a free and open manner.
Rather than succumbing to censorship and societal pressure from conservative voices, Playboy continues to lead the way in open sexual education, providing sexual advice ranging from how to best deal with sexually transmitted diseases, to simple but straight suggestions on how to improve your intimate relations with your significant other.
Playboy hides nothing. Instead, the magazine puts everything out on the table for its readers.
That's why I proudly display the new issue of the magazine every month on my coffee table at home.
Playboy isn't for everyone. Minors should be kept from the magazine until maturing into adults, and the contents certainly cater more toward a male readership.
No doubt, the nude photos erotically heighten the layout of every Playboy, making it the most visually appealing periodical on the market. But the magazine's wit and style account for as much of its popularity.
So next time you see a Playboy, don't judge the book by its cover, or in this case, a magazine. Remember, it's what's on the inside that counts.

Former Teacher Poses for Playboy
Latest Playboy News: Triana Iglesias skal gifte seg
A former Florida schoolteacher who caused controversy by posing in a bikini is causing a stir again by posing in much less.
Erica Chevillar used to teach history at West Boca Raton High School. She gave up the job after parents complained that her side job of modeling on the USA National Bikini Team was distracting to students.
Now Chevillar is posing in Playboy. Chevillar has been at the center of a media frenzy. She has generated thousands of web hits for the bikini site. The 10th grade teacher posed for the site in January to earn some extra cash.
A parent complained. The school district investigated and within days the case was dropped. Despite all the talk and just plain oogling, Chevillar stands by her photos.
“I’m not ashamed of anything I have done. I think all the pictures are appropriate, they’re covered they’re classy," she said.
For Chevillar the opportunity to pose for Playboy was too much to pass up. She modeled before in college and says the $31,000 she makes as a teacher just doesn’t cut the bills in Boca.

“Like I keep my personal and professional life totally separate. I’m suppose to be held at this high level but I get paid less you know then someone working at Bloomingdales."
Chevillar’s nude photos will appear in the March issue of Playboy.
Hefner supports decision to bury Smith in Bahamas
Latest Playboy News: Triana Iglesias skal gifte seg
Hugh Hefner says he believes Anna Nicole Smith — a Playboy Playmate in 1992 — wanted to be buried in the Bahamas next to her late son, Daniel.
A judge in Florida, where Smith died this month, awarded custody of her remains to a court-appointed lawyer for Smith’s five-month-old daughter, Dannielynn, and urged that burial be in the Bahamas. The lawyer then announced that the Bahamas would be Smith’s final resting place.
"I think she was a dear person," Hefner, the founder of Playboy, told reporters at an event to announce the lineup of the annual Playboy Jazz Festival.

The curse of the Playmate
THE selection of Anna Nicole Smith as a Playboy Playmate in 1992 made her a member of an exclusive club.
Her death at 39 put her in a more grisly club – Playmates who haven't reached a 50th birthday.
Automobile accidents, drug overdoses, homicides, a plane crash – all have claimed the lives of Playmates, while the cause of Smith's death is still unclear.
"It's sad how many girls we've lost," says Peter Gowland, who photographed a number of centrefolds for Playboy in the 1950s and '60s with the help of his wife.
In 1968, he photographed Paige Young. In 1974 she was found dead of a drug overdose.
Jayne Mansfield, another Playmate he photographed, died in a crash in 1967 at 34.
"It's a curse to be beautiful," Gowland says.
More than 600 women have been Playboy's centrefold since the magazine began publishing in the 1950s.
Their limited number, and Playboy's wide circulation, means the death of one can be a bombshell.
Before Smith, the most headline-grabbing death of a Playmate was that of 20-year-old Dorothy Stratten. Just months after she became the magazine's Playmate of the Year in 1980 she was murdered by her jealous estranged husband.
Playboy founder Hugh Hefner has said he and others never really got over Stratten's death.
Eve Meyer, a 1955 Playmate, was killed when two airliners collided in 1977. She was 46.
In 1997 Ellen Louise Maligo was found murdered in Coral Springs, at the age of 40.
Marilyn Monroe, the cover girl for the magazine's inaugural issue, famously died at 36.
Tonya Crews, Carol Willis and 1970 Playmate of the Year Claudia Jennings all died in their 20s.

Scarlett Johansson Is Favourite For Playboy
Playboy magazine have chosen Scarlett Johansson as their sexiest celebrity, putting her ahead of the likes of Beyonce and Angelina Jolie.
Though there seem to be ‘Sexiest Celebrity’ polls every week, this one was conducted through Playboy reader’s votes.
A spokesperson for the magazine said: “Scarlett Johansson is the apex of beauty and sensuality - from her porcelain skin to her fully feminine figure to her mysterious charisma, which is at once palpable and indefinable."
Scarlett came top of the list of 25, which also included such names as Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Lopez and Jim Carrey’s current girlfriend Jenny McCarthy.
Could a centrefold be on the cards? Yeah right.

Miss USA takket nei til 1 million dollar
Playboy Magazine ville gi Miss USA, Tara Connor (20), 1 million dollar for å stille opp i bladet.
